Mind experiment.
Becoming aware of changing and supporting your inner fields…:
Going into the depths of your inner energies:
To allow yourself into the depths of your inner energies that are imagination, intuition, emotions, ego with their feelings, is not that easy, it takes rituals to be aware of how to get access to these within your physical body, I have use one that has begun to sort theses’ things out a bit and has released the tension that these create when we are ignoring them because we do not know how to change and support them.
Lots of people still think they are not real and are to be disregarded as nothing, but this is not a truth, they are very important to our state of mental adjustments in this life on earth.
When we turn away from them and supress them it can make us depressed because we are not letting our own true being heard, we are listening to the media that tells us that they are not valid.
One thing is for sure in this physical world everything is valid, all things are energy fields even these, repress them and they grow bigger until they are heard in some way.
It is the process of learning about ourselves while we live on this planet, the people who we interact with are helping us to see’ what is needed to be learnt.
Sometimes they hurt us but even that is a lesson on how we cope with it and therefor create a new way of dealing with the adverseness of this life.
I was lucky enough to be given a method to get into my unconscious self through hypnotherapy ages ago, and I have applied this to getting deeply into my unconscious using imagery spaces within.
I have learnt that I can change theses deep feelings and balance them out so that they do not keep rising and giving me thoughts that I do not want.
It is not finite and must be done periodically so that the energy that is negative does not build up too much.
I went down three sets of ten steps and have created a new space where I can do the repairing and upgrades for all the aspects of my life!
See yourself in a new image for this… take the steps down and create a new space, a room where you can go, where these fields are, using imagination see yourself in this space, it is yours only no one else can come in.
For me it was a white room with big glass jars that were supposed to contain these feeling, but they were all overflowing and in a mess.
Taking hold of the biggest one … for me it was ego, it was so big and looked out of control and it was dark and lumpy, I picked it as if it was a lump of dough and I started to open it and fold it back in on itself as this occurs I began to pull out the dark bits of negative energy and I kept folding until it had broken down and altered into a smooth ball of light energy that was shining and was integrated as one without the hard bits of old negative parts, then is sat in its big jar happy.
There is only one way to enhance your enlightenment and only you can do it, there is no one outside of yourself who can have any sway on this.
Once it is done you can lead a more balanced life and fulfil your own dreams.
AT the end of this you will have an area of complete delightful, unbroken, golden, and white energy flowing thorough you and then you can bring it into the real world leavening all the old, jagged parts behind you.
I did one… it has taken me time and I have had to apply the same method as when I did earth healing which was holding it for a period of time, I realised that this is also happening on the universal level… as below so it is above, so by healing myself in this way, the collective consciousness is also being altered and balanced and healed.
This first one was at the very base of my negativity about my earlier life, it is now in a golden and silver cut of divine light where it can be stored as I go through the rest of them.
1: the very base of my previous life… done.
2: ego…
3: abandonment
4: low esteem
5: miss trust
6: intuition
7: imagination
8: emotion done
9: mind
10: thoughts
11: belief
12: conscious awareness
13: rejection
These are all the things that are needed to be looked at, understood, and cleared of negative energy before earths and universe and you can shift into the next stage of your progress, and.
Timeline:
There is a splitting of the timelines, and it is affecting everything and one in its own way, what you have been seeing… the moulding of the dough and stirring of the mix as if in a cake is the alchemy of life.
As you know cooking is all to do with alchemy, the heat, and cold and standing for a period before the mix is ready to begin to stir.
As with bread making it takes the process and time before it is ready to be set in the oven to ‘cook.
The cosmic chef is using the same mix, it must be precise and perfect before it can be processed and allowed to flow into its new structure… as it will when everything has been done correctly.
The outcome will be the perfect loaf of bread or the perfect universe as these things are being done within the minds of you who are doing this mind experiment.

It is my own energy that I have been folding and it has left a space… a void within me … it’s not bad it’s just a void with no thought or feeling about anything other that being in this moment of the void.
Am I meant to be in the void will the void give me any info…
We can’t tell you … how can we tell you when you have no references you must experience it yourself then you will get a reference… there is no need to understand… you can still do anything you want.
This, dear soul is the new you on the higher level of enlightenment, as you have begun the clearing processed, you will be ready for the next ‘bit.
Personal… I still had the emotions of feeling sad and crying is that ever going to end…
No that is what makes you physical and you are not set up to stop that BUT… as time goes by you will see the benefit of this type of release… now go in and do the emotional one again and see what THAT throws up for you.
The energy is changing within me by as I am thinking about it, well this is the third day that I am still working on it, but it is far greater than me… so I took the same route as I did when I did earth healing, and I am still holding it and thinking about it… it is better … I reduced it to my own personal one to start with then I realised that it is Hugh and universal, so this is why I am holding it.
