Perspective and perception of life on earth:
Our perspective is limited in its understanding of the universe.
Human senses help us study Earth's 3D but limit our understanding of the universe's scale. This spectrum is far greater than you could ever imagine. From the human viewpoint, we can clearly see a specific range of frequencies, allowing us to recognize objects and respond suitably.

Alongside emotions like love and hate and everything in-between, there are many layers beyond our understanding of the universe, some we understand others are out of our range.
There needs to be balance between the negative and positive, otherwise, the universe couldn't exist.
It takes the individuals who are questioning their existence to do this balance.
Everyone has a role in maintaining balance within themselves and life.

We all have a soul, spirit, love, and are all light, united by the strength of our heartbeat that coincides with the universal heartbeat. This inner power exceeds anything we attempt to gain for ourselves within the illusion of the 3D world.

Our restricted vision is a truth. We cannot see, feel, or know all that there is in the universe, but when we sit quietly for long enough, step outside of the 3D earth exitance, we can use our imagination, and steer our heart and soul into the universal soul.
And then we can get answers, even though they aren't what we expect.

Being grateful will greatly enhance the ability to connect to the inner self. Letting the mind wander within the thought of being in the moment of what you are doing.
It may seem empty but by maintaining the feeling of being one with yourself, and relax into it, your energy will change, it will make you feel grounded in your life, and able to allow the anxiety to drift away, letting you to think clearly about your life.

Keep going with it, practice when you go to bed if there is no other quiet time, it will help you to go to sleep.
You'll notice a change, even during brief moments when you can focus on this for just five minutes.
It is then that you will recognise how things are changing in your life, thoughts and actions.
