The Ups and Downs of the light worker’s lot:
Knowledge is light and light is power:
For as high as the light energy can take you so the negative energy can drop you into the abyss of dejection, it is part of the program of the ascending souls who are purposely perusing their true being in the form of light and love.
At this time in the evolution there are the negative vibrations that are being asserted into the minds of the high energy light workers because of the level of light that they have acquired and are now putting into practice on earth to all others.
Be aware that every light worker needs to place them self into the best form of protection at this time, because you have all reached this divine light energy, the negative frequencies are on the run and are using every method of infiltration as a worker opens to these divine energy’s and starts to share them outwards in their life.
Of course, there is no way this frequency can alter the outcome totally, all it can do is disrupt the workers as they try to go about their quest, when the light is shining directly onto or into the negative vibration it will automatically be dispelled, but it can take a soul by surprise until they become totally aware that this is occurring… then the negative energy is lost to the light.
Knowledge is light and light is the power to exclude all the negativities that prevail on earth, and the knowledge that you have is the way to do this currently.
There is no need to panic just arm yourself with this information and any kind of protection that you would normally use for your comfort, crystals are good if you use them, affirmations also are one way to keep your thoughts of the hight level of light while these intrusions are going on.
Nurture yourself, go out into nature and absorb the pure light energy of the atmosphere, balance your chakras and personal energy portals in whatever way is your chosen practice.
As soon as you realise that this is what is causing you to feel these negativities they will immediately change and cannot remain in the positive light of your knowledge.
You have the power to do this as one of the best and successful light workers and you are bringing about the changes that are needed for the next phase of enlightenment.
As soon as these latest energy portals opened and you began to absorb them… then you have started to use them… the negatives are afraid that you will be successful, they are trying to negate the frequency by infiltrating your personal frequency when you are in meditation or sleeping, they will try to make you tired and painful and bring your thoughts down into the old fears of all thing that were your previous worry’s.
What it does not understand is that with the power of the light and knowledgeable you have received make you much more capable to combat any thoughts and ways of negativity as soon as you have realised what is going on, this info is to let you know that there is always work to be done and understand that these polarities have to be… first recognised… then comprehended then cast-off and laid to rest until the next time.
Over these next years of progress, it is important for all of you to understand this data and take the correct safeguard on a regular basis so that it does not distress your flow, and learn to recognise them when they come, and do not give them their head, squash it before it becomes overpowering.

There and many symptoms that go with these times of opposition, I can only say about the ones I have been experiencing over these last weeks, and it might help you to explain away some of your own symptoms…first the info is, to go to see a doctor to have anything checked to make sure that you are in good health and there is nothing there for you to worry about, this will lay the first level of fear.
This negativity could make you feel tired, unable to think clearly, your mind gets confused, and your head might feel dizzy, you lose focus in all things, you might be clumsy, sad, or angry, there is be a blockage in the flow of the spiritual inspiration, and you could feel that all you have done has left you and you are sitting in a quagmire of deep depression.
You might find that all the ways of bringing yourself back up do not work, and you get tired of trying.
There are thoughts of giving it all up… what’s the use… why am I bothering… all these are the negative thoughts of your old self that you have worked so hard to change and then you find them back again with a vengeance and you can’t seem to shift them.
Any old health problems seem to have returned and you find that you are having trouble dealing with them and
when you carry on with your normal spiritual work you become exhausted to the point of no return and the mind begins to be even more doubtful about what and why you are doing any of this.
These are symptoms of the negative vibrations, do not be afraid of any of it… you are the light, and you are the power to wipe them out of your energy field and keep that away.
As soon as you read this you will find that your power will return, and you will feel the need to move forwards again with the love and light that you are, this inspiration is given with love and light and it is part the light worker job to be given out to combat these negative frequencies, we all have a job to do.
More about the negative energy being given out, it is negatively benign until it is picked up by the power of the human thoughts and this is where it gets its direction, there needs to be a balance with these two and once this happens there will not be an overload.
This has been occurring all along, it is when you felt as though your inspiration has been cut off, and then after a period it comes back, it never goes away from your higher perspective… the divine beings isolate the frequency by blocking all data so that the light workers can be protected from it.
And when the negative wave shifts, we reopen it, the problem lies with those who are opening to their spiritual self and do not have the knowledge to keep a handle of their thoughts coupled with their heart felt energy, it is unconsciousness that is brought on by lack of knowledge or childlike thoughts.
It comes from all the negative things that are within the human physic and is not understood, it’s up to the light workers to recognise it, keep it out of their owe energy fields.
Having said that its almost impossible to do it immediately so just beware of it, and adjust it as soon as you realise, then you are in the position to do the universal or personal healing and negate it with the light within yourself, then out to the solar system and universe, in this way you are doing it for everyone and putting it into the collective consciousness of mankind.
