Please find details of the next online class from Spiritualhart featuring Dean Kingett, Reiki Grand Master. The session starts Thursday 19:00 and concludes around 90 minutes later at 20:30 approx. The session includes a healing meditation, a guided meditation to meet various guides and seek information, plus 2 exercise to end the session with and to enhance your spiritual, physical, mental and emotional well being.

Note: for the foreseeable future this code and link will be used for every weekly session, but check emails before you join just in case changes have been made.

Zoom is professionally hosted by ourselves and the cost of the session is £9.50.

Please be aware that the session will be recorded for attendees in other time zones so by joining the session you consent to the recording. Lines are muted very early into the event and video is not recorded (of attendees), it is primarily a recording of the visual presentation and the audio of the speaker(s) within class.

PREPARATION:

You will need a computer, handheld or mobile device able to run ZOOM - use the links to test out your device prior to joining if you haven't used Zoom before. Alternatively there are dial in phone numbers that can be used to join using just your telephone
A comfortable space to listen to the session from - a comfy chair or sofa is ideal providing you can see/listen to your device from which you are joining the session from
Paper and pens potentially if you want to write anything down
