I am a light being functioning in this universe, residing on planet that is functioning on the third-dimensional frequency, that is part of the timeline stack that holds all dimensions, and my awareness can shift from one to the other as I chose to live my life.
They are all at my disposal, and I am using them, it is not a separate thing like a pile, it is all vibrating in the same place and the shifts can be immediate.
That is the theory… the fact is a lot different, it’s not that easy, it can be done but only with a deep mediational method that is illuding me at this time.
It’s more like I am a confused human soul trying to get an understanding of these divine methods of enlightenment, the thing is I enjoy the challenge and there is so much time left in my life so that I can pursue it as much as I want, and I find it interestingly fascinating. I probably won’t succeed but who cares, it’s an interesting journey and I have nothing else to do except writing about it.
The light beings come in and inspire me with this…we need to set out a plan of the key element that need looking at… working on… and re-adjusting or deleting from the matrix of your mind body and thoughts… use the brain.

Today I did the first step and went into the O F M and shifted into the silver and gold elements, they are the elements of transformation, this is the alchemical adjustments, I sat in the garden and held it for as long as I needed to.
It was not like adding to… like in the past… this was different… the feeling and awareness of being a creator and altering the old pattern into the new one… I thought of myself as being the one, the whole universe as one, the separation has gone… I seeped myself completely into it until I could feel and ‘be’ it, now I am looking back at it I know that it has changed my own matrix pattern and the pain has gone.
The alchemical elements of silver and gold are now the energy that I am holding as the reflective shield, and it is all pure energy.
When I go through these times of physical pain and discomfort and the energies are re-adjusted, the methods given by the higher beings is not easy… after wards there is always a period of calm, quiet, before the next one rises to be actively re-aligned, I am in one of these now thank God for the rest.
There’s not much to say… as these days go by the feeling within is calm and sure of itself.
Is this the acceptance of the universe within?
Yes, it is and it has not yet become its full self yet… it’s the feeling of the one and only… not as you, but as the whole of the all the divine god… the power of this is only just showing itself as your confidence in what you do grows, being the consciousness of the God, the I L O C I is the power you are feeling.
There are no words to describe any of it, and the reason is so that only the ones who are ready can access it in this way.
As you know, feel and understand the bigger picture the things on old earth diminish as not of any importance.
The fact that you still can’t appreciate how the being the one’ works is also fine you do not need to know at this time, there will be a time for this, timing is everything as you know.
